There was some talk of WAGR upgrading its SG railcar fleet, however the idea was
to continue with the Comeng built budds running other services.

The demand for commuter services ex Northam, as I understand it, is the impetus
for the upgrade.There was something published in The Bulletin of Digest methinks

BTW I vaguely recall the day the Prospector came to town at SX, and all us
little ankle biters got a ride (though I can't recall where) when they were
first introduced.
