It has always amazed me how paranoid Railways are with STN's (S
circulars). I could understand if the movement was sensitive (eg Royal
train or Nuclear waste, etc) but whats the big deal about letting a
bunch of railfans know when to expect 3801 to pass a great photo
location ?????

Maybe it's just a powerplay - I know, but I'm not telling you!!!
