This line goes out to tubemakers at Kembla Grange.
It is only suited 48's and 422's because of the light gauge.
There is no limit on the amount of wagons hauled but it is normally no
greater than 10 because of the runaround road in Tubemakers.
As far as I know NRC are the only mob using it at the moment because
they have the contract to cart the pipes.
