Not to be taken seriously, but maybe a translation could read:

"Edward Gough Whitlam to operate a train over 1000 metres in NSW
requires one half of the Bananas in Pyjamas to operate the brakes no
further back than 810 metres, the other Banana in charge of the brakes
for the next 120 metres, and the other Banana (like "the fifth
Beatle") to look after the rest of the train's brakes."
