The Customer Services section are always finding new ways to keep the general
public "happy" with their made up and well spoken excuses. You should have asked
for evidence of their claim that this was the "First" delay to this train. Also
ask the Bullshitters for their name and the name of their boss so you can
complain about their false claims. They usually change their tune after that.
