One other observationi I forgot to mention. About 30 seconds before
departing Sydney Terminal, two "auditors" boarded the Moree portion to
audit the stock in both buffet cars. They buffets would not be allowed to
open until the audits were complete. As a result, the buffets did not open
until about 12.30 and hot meals were not available until 13.30. Management
seems to have a great grasp on customer service.
