It didn't. There was a Koroit-Hamilton line, that closed in the
1960's, possibly the 1950's. Details of most of the history of these
lines, also the Dunkeld-Penhurst, closed nearly 100 years ago, in
Keith Turton's 1968(?) book about rail lines in the area
