Can anyone enlighten me on the situation with respect to the sale or
otherwise of the non-electrified infrastructure in Victoria.

The process of tendering for the infrastructure maintenance was
'suspended', and has not restarted, so I presume the Govt. has deciced
to sell of the infrastructure as well as part of the V-Line sale
