That's a bit of a cop-out. It is a part of normal life (unfortunately) to
defend yourself against other people, as you will never please everyone,
and there will always be someone who does not agree with you. It's even
worse when you make childish statements of no value -- somewhat teasing and
antagonising a flame-war -- that brings about criticism of yourself.

>it has gone
>beyond the point, where, I will swallow my pride and let some people have
>there way.

Maybe if you shut up and not be so determined to have the final say on
anything... not every post mentioning you demands/requires a response.

I fully support "free speech", but there are places in Usenet to discuss
anything and everything. This is an Australian Rail newsgroup (surprise!),
yet there are Industrial Relations and political threads -- including the
"scab" posts/flame-war -- proving no use to those interested in rail and
totally inappropriate. With USELESS one-line comments like: "You're an
idiot", it is no more than immature fighting and bickering. Personal,
time-wasting flame-wars putting yourselves down is best suited for e-mail,
away from annoying those who could not care less.

Hmmm... the rail industry in this country is like this?!?
