no, you are not the recipient of a early April fools joke. I saw the
same thing on a local channel here and it even had video of the signs
that are being used......shows two outlines, one of a man and one of a
woman with their lips puckered up ready to kiss. The only difference
between the two signs is the typical red circle with a slash through the
circle........ I guess they even have "police" who enforce the new
rules...........

Perhaps under the clocks at Flinders Street station should be designated
a 'kissing area' to encourage users to do the deed there rather than
elsewhere on the station.
