I was wondering where the highest point is on the electrified suburban
heavy rail network in Melbourne. And for that matter the lowest point,
excluding the Loop.
Highest : Just city side of Watsonia
Lowest (or closest to sea level.) : Seaford or Brighton beach
If other states feel left out, then add yours as well.
