Aren't most lines already 15 or 20 mins during non peak? And they run 3 cars
already on the northern lines (also during peak on Upfield?)

I agree. Belgrave/Lilydale should both have 20 min. frequencies and not the
30 mins as it is at the moment past Ringwood. They should run at least
Richmond-Glenferrie-Camberwell and maybe even to Box Hill on all days.
