It's a standard occurrence with a 26L>>>>>
Really? 15 years working with 26L and I've never had it happen to me and never
heard of it happening!
We used to bring helpers back from Tabernash CO this way and we never manned
them and never had any problems, some time the loco's were shut down, sometimes
they were left running.
I think if this is happening the loco's have had some sort of modification that
causes this or else the brake equipment is defective.
