This was the figure quoted in The Age on Saturday. It may be wrong, I've
noticed the media is very bad at facts & figures, and if I see one more
news service call it The Overlander, I'll scream....
It may be that is the figure for running the Overland all the way to
Adelaide, but IIRC it was quoted as the Victrack figure. Then again, it's
in the best interests of GSR to overquote what they are being charged, to
make it sound they've got it worse than it really is.
After all, their statements as posteds by Craig earlier spoke of service
improvements, go figure.
