AMRM had an article on the HUB carriages; AFAIK nothing on RUBs. The Clark
book didn't give much detail, and was wrong with the seating capacity of an
SBS. The best reverence is ~Nov.48 AR&LHS Bulletin, which had an article
predating the introduction. However, it did not give plans of all types.
