Having run into these little-Hitler revenue protection officers on my
recent trip to Melbourne, and seen how they treat passengers like dirt, I
must say that Andrew Morgan's accounts have the ring of truth to them,
especially as he obviously had a valid ticket.
As there is a reasonable chance Andrew is telling the truth, and that the
revenue protection officers are lying, I suspect you will find that the
videotapes in question from that station that day have been "lost" or
"accidentally wiped."
