IIRC, there were nine HGM power cars built in 1969(?). I don't know how
many are still servicable but I think there are currently no more than 4
in use at any one time.
There are also two PCO power cars left over from the baord gauge Overland.
One was running in freights for a while providing power for refigerated
containers.

The CLP also has the same restrictions as a C over some bridges. An X
would also cause less wear on the track at 115km/h than a CLP.
