The Caution Board at the Up end of Wagga Yard shows a 30 km/h plate at the
top of the board and a 20 km/h plate at the bottom. The top plate indicates
the speed for ALL Trains now and the bottom plate indicates the speed
required at the next caution board, which is just before the Murrumbidgee
span.
