A minor derailment at NRCs MFT Yard left the NR with nowhere to go to get
out of the way of the XPT and Overland except Spencer Street. After track
repairs and departure of XPT and Overland Empty Cars the NR made its way to
the fuel point.

On the subject of GSR AFAIK they have to take over running the overland by
about November !st.
