New crew rostering has created much discussion at various times. WCR
services in the past were virtually the exclusive domain of Geelong
drivers, they are now a mix of Geelong and Melbourne V/Line pass
drivers. In recent weeks, we've had many Dynon crews on the loco under
guidance from Geelong crews to learn the road.

However, the crew split has not been carved in stone for WCR services,
as I've also had a Geelong freight crew driving my train - I politely
reminded them that need not stick to 80km/h :) They seemed to enjoy it,
and had no worries holding the schedule with B76 and 5 cars :)

Cheers,
Craig.
