Full details of the Carriage Auction appeared in THE RAILWAY NEWS for
October 1994, more correctly than in Railway Digest!
The only HFH sold at the auction was no. 2212, the others had been
reclassified as HFZ, 2213, 2214 & 2215.
Disposal details are:
2212 Caravan City, Cowra (subsequently exchanged for Tulloch car
FTH.1223 and ultimate disposal by John McCusker is unknown).
2213 John McCusker for resale.
2214 John McCusker for resale.
2215 Simsmetal Ltd. for scrap.
