This is actually a better way of running, as it means that the top two
platforms at underground stations are unning in one direction, and the
bottom two platforms are going in the other - it also increases the number
of trains going in one direction. In the am, there were three times the
number of trains travelling from Parliament to Flagstaff than there were
going the other way, and vice versa in the pm. This change redresses that
problem.
