GSR - Keswick Terminal

Had to drop into Keswick Terminal the other day. It seems more cost
cutting in GSR is evident. Outside temp around 36C inside not much
better. Asked the Booking Clerk why is it so hot in here, she replied
they can't afford to fix the air cond. Poor lass she really looked like
she had enough for one day. On seeing the que for the booking counter I
said where is your help, she said oh, they only roster one person on
most times now days. ... Again privatisation at it's best - great
service GSR !!!
