The other obvious question is why does it need 3 81s in the first place.
A double consist IP is well below the load for 2 81s , after all it was never
hauled by 3 CLPs.
Max load for a 81 up 1:33 is 900 tonnes or 1800 tonnes for 2.
A 26 car IP would weigh no more than 1350 tonnes max.
Seems just a little overkill to me.
