But it doesn't - software written for 8086's that used timing at all will
just not be useable on today's modern computers as it will run way too
fast. Try grabbing any game written for the 8086 and play it on a Pentium
- it runs at such an amazing speed that you barely get to see it on the
screen before it's finished.
