Strictly speaking this is not the first contract to Custom Coaches.
Between 1957 and 1959 , 145 Leyland Worldmaster underfloor buses were
bodied by C.C.M.C. which later became Custom Coaches. Also for the
record, you may be surprised to know that Ansair, P.M.C. and Austral are
all now part of one large company known as the Austral Pacific Bus
Building Group.
