the stuff included a time frame for the completion of the project as some time
mid 1999, in time for the political sproutings of the government of the day.
The list reckons another W, the NM ex homestead park (see rail Australia mags
for details) three ex CR passenger coaches (to promote the "old Ghan Theme"), as
well as an outline of the work on the track itself.
One must admire the effort demonstrated by this mob in achieving this goal (so
far).
