End of the line for Kulwin

VicGrain announced this week it's intention to close the silo at Kulwin
at the end of the line from Korong Vale in the Central Mallee, citing
plummeting grain yeilds across Victoria. As wheat is the only loading
these days from Kulwin, how long will it be before whoever is in charge
of the track closes the line beyond Mittyack? There is a railtour due to
visit Kulwin in August next year. I would be very surprised if the line
is not closed before this tour takes place. Other silo's onthe VicGrain
hit list are:
Mildura Line...Nunga
Kulwin Line....Kulwin, Ninda, Boigbeat, Glenloth and Kurting
Robinvale Line.Bolton
Piangil Line...Woorinen and Prairie
Avoca and Nagambie will also close.
