Well Maurie,

I don't think National Rail are not running at a loss .

National Rail are simply providing a hook and pull arrangement.

I have not seen the fine print, but to my knowledge National Rail get
paid the same whether it is two cars or twenty.

Maybe someone esle might have some more info?
