NR Freights - Sydney to Adelaide, Adelaide to Sydney

I'd appreciate some information on the tabled times for the Adelaide
to Sydney, Sydney to Adelaide NR freights now running via Cootamundra
and Parkes.

I've also heard that maybe these trains will be tabled to travel via
Melbourne with the introduction of the new Table in June. Is anybody
able to confirm this.
