It may have been good this morning but yesterday (26th) the train I was on
was running almost 10 minutes late, and then they terminated the train at
North Sydney (only deciding this at Central, I was told). It arrive at
North Sydney on platform 2 and the horde of people had to traip upstairs
with all the North Sydney passengers to go to platform 4 to catch the train
that was following it. It would have been better for crowd dispersal if it
came in on platform 3 so all the people who filled the next train only had
to walk across the platform and not interfere with those getting out of the
station. By the way, I did not hear the conductor announce that the train
was terminating until the train was arriving at North Sydney. I wish there
was more communication within CityRail and with passengers as well so that
there wont be so many disguntle passengers.
