Well, although Rail 2000 could (and has) done feasibilty studies on the
viability of particular railway lines, and the former V/Line Freight were
able to get money out of the Victorian government for rail upgrades when the
cost of road damage if rail services were not available for grain haulage,
I still don't know how to get the Wilmington line back )-:.
