Craig your last post shows that you and your kind are so far behind the
times that it is not funny !!, "The government is broke", If you were able
to read, even the Feral Hun" JGK's favorite paper, you would know that the
government is spruking about their many windfalls, in selling off the
Victorian peoples property, to overseas interests, thus, being able to get
back Victorias AAA rating. The government is not only flush, but it can
also afford to provide subsidies to other interested operators to run our
Publicly Owned Systems, thus Wally Rail will not be the only operator in
this state on subsidies, but, with only so much "Public" money to go
around, maybe, just maybe, your subsidies to run the francise that you have
will start to grow smaller
