Metrol now controls South Kensington to Clifton Hill inclusive. AFAIK
Caulfield and Burnley are still independent. Fringe boxes therefore, are
Newport, Sunshine, Kensington, Jewell, Epping, Heidelberg, Burnley, Caufield.
Spotswood and Fairfield are two boxes within the Metrol area that still switch
in for shunting and special occasions.
