The reason National Rail trains are running via East Hills at the moment is
the resleepering of the Goods line between Chullora North Junction and
Flemington Goods Junction, causing single line working to be in operation.
To ease conjestion, trains entering and departing Chullora terminal to and
from the south, AS6/SA5, MS4/SM5 and PS6/SP5 are running via East Hills.
Train times at Chullora (if on time) are as follows: SP5 depart 03:30, AS6
arrive 05:00, MS4 arrive 08:20, SM5 depart 18:20, PS6 arrive 19:40, SA5
depart 21:00.
There is a considerable amount of trackwork occuring on the goods roads
through until August due to re-sleepering works and the commissioning of
the new Enfield signalling and the rebuilding of Chullora Junction starting
in the next few weeks, so NR trains via East Hills may be more regular
during the coming months
