Errr, I make the distance 646 kms from central to Albury via Granville
measuring the distance on the down line , (the up line is 2.4 km longer due to
the Bethungra Spiral and the Frampton Deviation..
Spencer St to Albury via Std guage is 317 km making a total of 963 Kms.
The distance from Spencer St to Albury taken from the 1979 VR
WTT.
The distance from central to Albury taken from NSWGR Curve and gradient
diagram.
There appears to be a slight inconsistancy in the distance to Albury from
central from the Curve diagrams compared to the 1978 southern division WTT
which gives 1 km less.
Albury is defined by the milepost on the downside of Albury sth box and maybe
slightly too far south to be correct.

cheers
