Trace Replacement, Illawarra Locals.

Anyone know why the track on a section the Illawarra locals between
Banksia and Arncliffe was replaced over the past weekend. It appeared
as if only side (the east) of each track was replaced. Also bearing in
mind that this track was newly installed around this time last year
during the six week close down.
