The money is to offset jobs lost in Port Augusta in the wake of the AN
sale.
It comes, I believe, with considerable conditions and so might never
actually come to pass.
The conditions are not yet clear but it may be that it is a "one for
one"
grant: in other words the PRRPS has to raise $972000 to receive $972000.
Perhaps the Port Augusta Council may help but then perhaps not: this
is big money for a relatively small council.
