I withdraw my stupid question to Paul. 

Methinks we ponder too much on some of these incidents here at on other
train lines and forget such simple things as insurance payments and
inquests. The Internet has changed the way we converse. How long before
a transcript is produced as evidence????

I apologize, Paul and to anyone who was incensed at my question. Next
time, I'll keep my thoughts to myself and stick to the facts.
