Millenium Bug / Tangara's

It seems as though the millenium bug may be affecting the computers on
Tangara's.

CityRail have been conducting tests recently with a Tangara which had the
date on its TMS computer reset to 31/12/1999, and when the time hit
midnite, and the date became 1/1/2000, the set stopped with a full
emergency brake application, and the set then stabled itself. It seems that
CityRail are working frantically to try and overcome this problem!
