A most-stations train takes 2 hours 53 minutes Sydney-Newcastle.  A few-stations train
takes only 2 hours 22 minutes.  This is a saving of 31 minutes.  A no-stations train would
be able to easily save another 10 minutes.

I bet if you had to commute, you would be sick to death of it (or sleep all the way).
Now, where exactly does it straighten out???  About 5km from Woy Woy tunnel to the
station?
