I don't think so. I think they're sending it by road contractor
because it's cheaper than paying the rail-access charges.
There is probably no more trouble in shipping by rail-tanker than
there is in shipping by road. Chances are that Freightcorp has its
fuel piped to its fuel point, the same as V-line, and transshipped to
a tank at its destination. It would make no difference if shipped by
road or rail, it still has to go into the same tank.
