Train times for the Emu

There are direct Western suburbs - Central coast trains. 
Weekdays (West to Central Coast)
dep St. Marys 1604 to Wyong via North Strathfield (2 car "V" set)
dep Blacktown 1655 to Gosford via North Shore (8 car "G" set)
dep Emu Plains 1717 to Gosford via North Shore (8 car "G" set)
These are listed amongst the other services in City Rail's Western and
Carlingford line (timetable #8, 19 Oct 97) on pages 22-25. 
In the morning peak, these services run from the Coast to the West.
