This is some of the weirdest stuff I have heard from anywhere. I mean, I
follow public transport developments around the world very closely, and
there is nothing like this nonsense being suggested anywhere, let alone
implemented. Did Australian taxpayers actually pay for this crap? And
worse, will it be inflicted on them?
BTW, I am talking about the bizarre technical and operational proposals,
not privatisation plans which are quite standard around the world.
