Liquified Natural Gas would be a most suitable fuel for a gas turbine. Are
they suggesting geared-mechanical drive or electrical transmission. If the
latter, than preheating fuel oil would allow heavy and waste oils to be
used. Theoretically, you could even use coal dust.
