From what your saying here makes it clear that you do know a thing or two
about these turbines. You mentioned that they can be fairly ineficient,
this may be true but I would imagine that the natural gas would be
incredibly cheap if not free as payment for the pipeline easment? As for
noise, I learned on discovery chanel the other day that great advances have
been made in vehicle exhaust muffelers using electronics. Aparently by
reading the noise frequency wave and playing the same wave back thru
loadspeaker or whatever but in a complete mirror of the original wave one
will almost completely dilute the others noise.
