This morning at the corner of Swanston st and LaTrobe St tram W981 was
crossing over LaTrobe st heading south when its trolly came off the wire
and got stuck in the wires. The trolly came out of the base as the tram
stopped. The trolly fell to the ground and the tram was stranded.
After untieing the second rope of the other pole they turned it around
and W981 left with the front trolly up and pointing backwards (the
correct direction a full 180 around).
