I have no idea where or what the NJ turnpike is. Can someone describe, or
'draw' it, and explain why no still or motion footage is allowed to be
captured there? I presume a 'turnpike' is a triangle for turning trains? 8-)

I can't think of anywhere here in NSW (Australia) on the 'public' rail
system where image gathering is prohibited completely, without exception,
except for 'official purposes'. There are tourists (mostly Japanese) taking
pictures of us and our trains almost every day in the undergroud stations in
the CBD, mainly at Town Hall and Kings Cross.
