Just a minor point to avoid some possible confusion. NZR classes
prior to the late 1970s had the second letter in lower case: Df, Dg
etc. In a major renumbering the class nomenclature was changed so
that both letters were in uppercase: DX, DI.

Some classes around then are still in existence, and Dx means the same
as DX, but more recent purchases have seen a new DF class (GM Co-Co)
and a new DH class (GE Bo-Bo), which naturally have nothing to do with
the EE Df and Dh classes.
