OK.  Point to point train 7/8 minutes, two intermediate stops, time to
get down to train (or up from street at Circular Quay and Central, say 5
minutes each end. Overall 17/18 minutes then a walk to your destination.

Light rail - on street, 5 intermediate stops, no going down to the
underground or up from the street, much better chance of being closer to
your ultimate destination, 15/16 minutes.  And more frequent service!
